Clarification To The Announcement No.00154 Dated 26 April 2010

Further to the Company's Announcement of Appointment of Mr Yap Xi Ming ( "Mr Yap") as Non-Executive Director, Mr Yap wishes to clarify that his previous directorship in Super Steel Pte Ltd has ceased in February 2004 and not in the past 5 years.
