Private Placement Of 6, 000, 000 New Ordinary Share Of S$0.20 Each In Capital Of HG Metal Manufacturing ("Private Placement")

Further to the announcements made on 4 September 2003 and 12 September 2003 in relation to the Private Placement, the Directors of HG Metal ("the Company") are pleased to announce that 6,000,000 new ordinary share of S$0.20 each in the issued and paid-up capital of the Company, which have been allocated and issued pursuant to the Private Placement, will be listed and quoted on the official list of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited Dealing and Automated Quotation System with effect from 9 am, 16 September 2003.
