Change Of Financial Year End From 31 October To 30 September

The Board of Directors of HG Metal Manufacturing Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that the Company has changed its financial year end from 31st October to 30th September, henceforth the financial year end of the Company will be 30th September annually. The next set of accounts the Company will prepare following the change of the financial year end will be for the period from 1st November 2003 to 30th September 2004.The Company will hold its next Annual General Meeting on or before 31st January 2005, in accordance with the Listing Manual and the Companies Act, to adopt the accounts for the financial period from 1st November 2003 to 30th September 2004.
