Listing and Quotation of the Bonus Warrants

Further to the announcements made by HG Metal Manufacturing Limited (the "Company") on 10 June 2005, 20 July 2005 and 12 August 2005 on the issue of bonus warrants ("Bonus Warrants") to subscribe for new ordinary shares of $0.20 each in the capital of the Company, the Company wishes to announce that it has on 23 August 2005 allotted and issued 44,054,040 Bonus Warrants to shareholders holding shares in the capital of the Company as at 5.00 p.m. on 18 August 2005.

The Bonus Warrants will be listed and quoted on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited with effect from 9.00 a.m. on 25 August 2005.
