Working experience and occupation(s) during the past 10 years		MR GOH HAS SERVED 10 YEARS WITH A BURSA SAHAM LISTED COMPANY INVOLVED IN THE STEEL INDUSTRY IN MALAYSIA AT SENIOR MANAGEMENT LEVEL. PRIOR TO LEAVING THE GROUP IN 1999 TO PURSUE HIS PERSONAL ASPIRATION AND GOALS, HE HELD THE POSITION OF GROUP SENIOR GENERAL MANAGER. MR GOH SET UP HIS OWN GROUP OF COMPANIES - ORIENTAL CASTLE SDN. BHD. AND ORIENTAL SHEET PILING SDN. BHD. IN 1999. HIS OTHER BUSINESS VENTURES INCLUDE USED CAR BUSINESS, FOUNDATION PIPE, ROOFING SHINGLES, MANUFACTURING OF STEEL FIBERS, CIVIL CONSTRUCTION AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES. MR GOH WAS APPOINTED CEO - ARCELOR MITTAL PROJECT ASIA AND ALSO APPOINTED A MEMBER OF THE ARCELOR MITTAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT BOARD IN 2009.
Interest in the listed issuer and its subsidiaries		MR GOH IS DEEMED INTERESTED IN 163,850,000 SHARES IN HG METAL MANUFACTURING LIMITED HELD BY ORIENTAL CASTLE SDN BHD BY VIRTUE OF HIS 80% IN THE SHARE CAPITAL OF ORIENTAL CASTLE SDN BHD.
