Following the completion of the sale and purchase of share agreement dated 30 January 2012 entered into between OCS and Hanwa Co., Ltd, a company incorporated in Japan and is listed on the first Section of the Tokyo Exchange and Osaka Securities Exchange ("Hanwa"), pursuant to which OCS sold to Hanwa 32,800,000 ordinary shares (the "Shares") in the listed company (the "Agreement").
4. A statement of whether the change in the percentage level is the result of a transaction or a series of transactions: The change in the percentage level is the result of a transaction under the Agreement.
