Notice Of Books Closure Date

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Transfer Book and Register of Members of the Company will be closed on 5 April 2003 and 6 April 2003 (both dates inclusive) for the purpose of determining members' entitlements to the final dividend to be approved by members at the Company's Annual General Meeting to be held on 28 March 2003.

Duly completed transfers received by the Company's Registrar, M & C Services Private Limited, at 138 Robinson Road #17-00 The Corporate Office, Singapore 068906 up to 5.00 p.m. on 4 April 2003 will be registered before entitlements to the dividend are determined.

Members whose Securities Accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with shares at 5.00 p.m. on 4 April 2003 will be entitled to the dividend.

The dividend, if approved at the Annual General Meeting, will be paid on 16 April 2003.
