Restructured Banking Facilities

The Board of Directors' of HG Metal Manufacturing Limited ( the "Group" ) is pleased to announce that we have substantially reduced our interest expense by restructuring our banking facilities from a prime-based funding structure to a cost of fund-based funding structure. This is expected to have a positive impact on the Group's earnings.
