Transfer Of The Listing And Quotation Of The Shares Of HG Metal Manufacturing Limited From The Official List Of The Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited ("SGX-ST") Dealing And Automated Quotation Systems ("Sesdaq") To The Official List Of The Main Board ("Main Board") Of The SGX-ST

The Directors of HG Metal Manufacturing Limited (the "Company") are pleased to announce that the SGX-ST has today granted in-principle approval for the transfer of the listing and quotation of the Company's shares from SESDAQ to the Main Board. The effective date of the transfer of the Company's shares to the Main Board will be announced at a later date.

The transfer of the listing and quotation of the Company's shares to the Main Board will have no effect on the financial position of the Company and its subsidiaries.
