NOTICE OF BOOKS CLOSURE DATE
- Register of Warrantholders
Notice is hereby given that the Register of Warrantholders of the Company will be closed from 5.00 p.m. on 3 February 2006 to 9.00 a.m. on 6 February 2006 for the purpose of determining members' entitlements to the final dividend and special dividend (the "Dividend") to be approved by members at the Company's Annual General Meeting to be held on 25 January 2006.
All warrantholders who exercise their conversion rights (provided they are entitled to do so) by 3.00 p.m. on 3 February 2006 will be registered before entitlements to the Dividend are determined.
The Dividend, if approved at the Annual General Meeting, will be paid on 14 February 2006.
