LOW SEE CHING
NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Mr Low was appointed a Non-Executive
Director of the Group on 10 April 2014.
Mr Low is the Deputy CEO of Oxley
Holdings Limited since Jan 2014
responsible for business development,
as well as supporting the CEO in the
formulation of corporate strategies and
future direction of the Oxley Group.
Mr Low is also Non-Executive Director
of Hafary Holdings Limited. He joined
Hafary Group in 2000 and rose through
the ranks to Executive Director and CEO
in 2005 before relinquishing his role in
December 2013. He was responsible for
the overall management, operations and
charting of its corporate and strategic
direction, including sales, marketing and
procurement strategies.
Mr Low graduated with a Bachelor of
Accountancy degree from the Nanyang
Technological University, Singapore in
1999.

TEO YI-DAR
NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Mr Teo was appointed a Non-Executive
Director of the Group on 13 November
2014. Mr Teo is an Investment Director
with SEAVI Advent Corporation Ltd, the
Asian affiliate of Boston-based Advent
International private equity group. Mr
Teo manages direct investments in
Asia, and focuses on the electronics,
chemical, engineering and technology
segments. Prior to joining SEAVI Advent,
he was with Keppel Corporation Ltd.,
conducting business development
activities for Keppel’s offshore and
marine businesses. Mr Teo started his
career as an Engineer in SGS-Thomson
Microelectronics.
Mr Teo holds two Masters’ degrees;
Master of Science Degree in Industrial
and Systems Engineering (1998) and
Master of Science Degree in Applied
Finance (2000) from the National
University of Singapore. Mr Teo
graduated from the same university
with a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering
(Honours) in 1996. Mr Teo was awarded
the Chartered Financial Analyst by the
CFA Institute in 2001.

Mr Harry Ng was appointed as an
Independent Director of the Group on 10
April 2014. He is currently the Executive
Director of HLM (International) Corporate
Services Pte. Ltd., a company that
provides corporate services, including
business consultancy, corporate advisory,
and accounting and secretarial services.
Mr Ng has more than 30 years of
experience in accountancy, audit and
finance. He was Chief Financial Officer
and Executive Director of Achieva
Limited from October 2008 to April 2010
and Chief Financial Officer of Sunmoon
Food Company Limited from August
2004 to July 2008 respectively.
Mr Ng is also an Independent Director of
a number of SGX-listed Company.
He is currently a Fellow Chartered
Accountant of Singaporewith the Institute
of Singapore Chartered Accountants and
a Fellow of the Association of Chartered
Certified Accountants (UK). He obtained
a Master of Business Administration
(General Business Administration) from
The University of Hull, UK.
