SHARON TAY
FINANCIAL CONTROLLER
Ms Tay joint the Group in October 2013 and was appointment as Financial Controller of
the Group on 30 Jan 2015. She is in charge of overseeing finance, accounting, tax and
treasury functions of the Group.
Ms Tay has over 20 years of working experience in finance, accounting and auditing.
Prior to joining the Group, she had held various management appointments in listed
companies and government-related organizations.
Ms Tay holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Accounting and Financial
Management from University of Sheffield (UK), and is a Chartered Accountant with
the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants and a member of the Association of
Chartered Certified Accountants in the UK.
JACK TAN
HEAD OF OPERATIONS
Mr Tan joined the Group on April 2014 and was appointed as Head of Operations on
30 January 2015. He is responsible of the operational planning and management,
warehouse and logistic develop management, facilities management as well as
implementing policies and maintain on Quality, Health, Safety and Environment.
Mr Tan has 17 years of experience in the operation of ferrous, non-ferrous scrap and
new metal materials. Prior to joining the Group, he was the Corporate Manager of Esun
International Pte Ltd in charge of safety and maintenance management, manpower
management, purchasing, building construction project and corporate matters since
year 2011. He had held various positions including Chief Operating Officer, General
Manager and Manager with Union Steel Holding Limited from year 2001 to year 2009.
JEFFREY LEONG
HEAD OF SALES
Mr Jeffrey Leong was appointed as Head of Sales of the Group on 30 January 2015.
He is responsible of the sales and marketing of the flat and long products, strategising
the Company’s market position, developing new market opportunities, as well as
formulating sales policies and procedures to improve efficiency and provide better
customer service.
He was the founder of Niho (Singapore) Pte Ltd incorporated in 1997, joint as a
subsidiary of the Group since year 2007, holding a position as General Manager and
Executive Director in charge of it sales, operation and corporate responsibility. Prior to
that, he was the Regional Marketing Manager of Nikkin Yamani Trading Pte Ltd as part
of the group of Nippon Kinzuku Co., Ltd responsible for its sales in S.E. Asia.

KESAVAN NAIR
INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR
Mr. Kesavan Nair was appointed as an
Independent Director of the Group on
17 April 2014. He is an Advocate and
Solicitor with the firm of Genesis Law
Corporation since 2008, practicing in
the area of civil and criminal litigation and
corporate law. Mr. Nair was previously a
Partner with M.P.D. Nair & Co. (1992 to
2000), Harry Elias Partnership (2000 to
2003) and David Lim & Partners (2003
to 2008).
Mr. Nair is also an Independent Director
of various SGX-listed and SGX-Catalist
Company.
Mr. Nair graduated with a Bachelor of
Laws (Honours) from The University
College of Wales, Aberystwyth in 1988.
He was admitted as a Barrister-at Law,
Middle Temple in 1990, a Barrister and
Solicitor of the Supreme Court of the
Australian Capital Territory in 1991 and
an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme
Court of Singapore in 1992.
